Week 4 Progress: UI Polishing, Legal Compliance, and Design Consistency
The week of March 3–7 focused heavily on refining the user interface and aligning design elements with both usability and compliance standards. On Monday, we added new description fields to the database and updated the corresponding data structures to support these additions. Alongside this, we revised the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy content to ensure alignment with legal and UX best practices. These updates improve user understanding and reinforce the platform’s compliance readiness. The work progressed smoothly with no blockers.
On Tuesday, we finalized remaining design elements to ensure a consistent UI across all pages. The day also included participation in a team workshop aimed at aligning ongoing development efforts. The session was productive, offering valuable feedback and clarifying design expectations, helping ensure a unified approach to the project’s visual direction.
Wednesday was dedicated to continued design improvement, with a focus on layout refinements, responsiveness, and spacing adjustments. User feedback guided several minor UI fixes, which enhanced both visual clarity and user experience. No blockers were encountered, and the interface is now more polished and coherent.
On Thursday, efforts remained centered on visual consistency and accessibility across various pages. Minor yet meaningful adjustments were made to fonts, margins, and component layouts. These refinements contributed to a more user-friendly, inclusive, and aesthetically consistent application.
Friday marked the final day of UI enhancement for this phase. The team focused on small but impactful improvements to existing components and page structures. These tweaks brought the front end to a near-final state, resulting in a cleaner, more professional interface ready for internal review and testing.
